In order to prepare The Old Vicarage as a wedding venue, we have been hard at work behind the scenes, making big changes to create the newest wedding venue in Somerset. In fact The Old Vicarage Hotel is probably the newest wedding venue in what is one of the oldest commercial and listed buildings in Somerset with it dating back to 1327!
We have been making changes to our walled garden, removing our box hedging and laying the groundwork for our marquee. We have also been working on various venue packages, wedding menus and accommodation for your guests in order to offer The Old Vicarage Hotel as a fabulous and exclusive-to-you Wedding Venue!

If you would like exclusive use of the Old Vicarage we have a choice of carefully crafted packages of up to fifty people which include twelve bedrooms. Our marquee seats up to 64 guests so there is always the option to add more.
Here at The Old Vicarage we know flexibility is key. If your numbers are larger and you need more bedrooms, no problem! Maybe you’d like a particular theme? Just let us know. If you are looking for a more intimate wedding with smaller numbers we can put together a personalised proposal just for you.
Bespoke, unusual weddings are our specialty so if you have an idea however quirky or adventurous we can make it happen, if you want your dog to be in attendance they are warmly welcomed too.
